A clandestine mazurka is a FREE informal European folk dance and music session. We all gather in a public space, musicians play, dancers dance, newcomers join in, people meet & everyone is welcome! Events like clandestine mazurkas are part of the social dance ‘bals-folk’ tradition in many countries in Europe. The music is varied - lively, soulful and rich in spirit.

We’ll do a short Balfolk basic steps workshop for beginners at 3pm and then let’s see where the afternoon/eve carries us. Look forward to seeing you, your family, your friends, & kids there :)
