The glorious Kadia return to Cornerstone for a bar gig following the annual Oxford Folk Festival.

Kadia first performed at our open mic night two years ago and brought the audience to their feet with their mix of traditional folk music, Irish session tunes, original material and some contemporary covers. Their creative arrangements and modern take on pop music have gained plaudits and the warmth, humour and energy of their performances has won them fans beyond their Dorset home.

Their last bar gig here was packed and since then their debut album East of Alexandria has made it to the Telegraph’s 2015 Folk Album of the Year list.
