There are many, many ways that you can get involved in folk activities in Oxfordshire... dancing, singing, playing instruments, volunteering at an event or festival - the list is (almost) endless! Browse through the menu on the right to get some ideas.

Information is listed in two ways on this site - you can get an overview of all the local activity in the events calendar, or you can browse through the pages of the site, where you will find more detail about the individuals, organisations and groups of people who are actually doing the thing you're interested in. Organisations and individuals can upload information themselves to these pages, so you'll be getting the information straight from the source.

Even if you're not very musically talented (or have two left feet!) there will still be ways for you to get involved. Festivals are always looking for volunteer stewards, and many regular events such as ceilidhs need them too. Details can usually be found on the websites of the organisation, linked from these pages.

If you're an organisation or individual who wants to find out how to get your own page on this site, please This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.!
